Additionally, PCA clients must be able to direct their own care, be knowledgeable about their health care needs and be able to communicate their needs effectively.

PCA Choice:

PCA Choice program serves individuals of all ages throughout Minnesota, including: Hennepin, Dakota County and other Twin Cities Metro areas. PCA clients who choose PCA Choice do so because clients want the choice and flexibility of hiring, training and giving some supervision of their PCA(s). PCA Choice agency service components include:

Fiscal Intermediary Services

Processing of Billing & Payroll

Employee Background Checks

Respite Care Services:

Caring Heart PCA's respire care services provide caregivers with a much needed interval of rest or relief, but still allow the individual client to remain in the comfort of their own home. These short-term breaks can help to relieve stress and promote balance in caregivers' and family members' lives. It enables you to share the responsibility for caregiving while getting the needed support for both yourself and for your loved ones.

Homemaker Services:

Our homemaker services are geared toward helping clients maintain a comfortable daily life. Our staff can help people maintain independence at home by helping with light housekeeping, laundry, errands, meal preparation and more.
